OUR RETURN POLICY

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price.

Keep an eye out for updates and tracking. You’ll get an email once we receive your returned item. Most returns are processed in a few days, but the money can take up to 5-7 days to appear back in your account.

RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW

• Items must not be used, worn or washed
• Items must be in original packaging and all tags attached
• Personalised items will not be accepted unless the text is incorrect, or the item is faulty
• Underwear, swimwear (unless the hygiene sticker is still in place) and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons, computer games with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery, cannot be returned.

We acknowledge that customers of codeparticle technology may not always be satisfied with their purchases. We have a flexible return policy for this reason. A consumer may request a return within 48 hours of receiving an item. The returned item must be undamaged and devoid of any traces of wear and tear. To ensure a successful return, it is essential to maintain the integrity of all tags, packets, and invoices. If any of these items are lacking, the return may be unable to be processed.

To initiate a return, consumers must submit an email to Codeparticletechnology01@gmail.com within 48 hours. In addition, customers can request a return by accessing their personal page and selecting the option for product return. When we receive the return request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. We will ensure that our customers' return procedure is straightforward and uncomplicated.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.

Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.

If your order was paid part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or evoucher up to the value of the gift card you used. At which point, any funds owed that are remaining will be refunded onto the other payment methods used.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund, but please give us 5-7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. After this, it may take up to another 7 days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks' processes.

At certain times of the year, such as Christmas and public holidays, the processing time may be longer.

REFUND POLICY

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. But, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we have a simple refund policy in place. Refunds will be completed within 5 to 7 days after our team has received and inspected the returned item. The refund amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used to place the order.

However, we will only provide a refund if the item satisfies our quality requirements. If there are any indications of damage or wear and tear, we may be unable to issue a refund. Before processing the refund, our team will carefully examine the goods to ensure it meets our quality standards. We make every effort to streamline and expedite the refund process so that you can receive your money without difficulty.
